Breaking free from Apple too. Congrats!Just got my shipping notice from Samsung. Ordered 2/28 - Verizon, 128gb, black. I got the Verizon version, as I know from experience with several Galaxy S series phones that the unlocked version is always last in line for software updates. Locking is not an issue, at least if the phone is paid for in full. Verizon has asked for permission from the FCC to lock all their phones for 60 days, but has not as yet received the OK. I am switching from an iPhone XS Max, which is a great phone, but lacks certain features that are very useful for me such as Always On Display, native keyboard with a number row, more customization options, and less restrictive software.
I ordered on the 6th. I still haven't seen anything change on my order yet.
Got the email for the trade in device shipping label.
I'm pretty sure I selected no cracks or screen damage while evaluation and in the email it shows I have selected no. There are going to create some problem won't they? I'm trying to call in check why it shows like this and if they can correct this, but I have zero confidence in Samsung customer service
The trade in value shows $550 anyway, but hopefully they don't try to scam me and say it says there was screen damage or cracks.

This better not be a Samsung scam. Please keep us posted.
My cancel button is still there. I'm in GA. I really think it depends more on carrier, color, configuration than state. Not sure though. Is cancel button there. Few ppl are saying it depends on location. I am in texas
I should be good and it confirms I selected 'yes' to device is free of cracks or damage because if I had answered 'no' to that, the trade in value wouldn't have shown $550 and instead shown $100 like below.

I also received my trade in details email and I know I selected yes for all options but it shows I choose no for free of cracks. Now I'm worried I will not get the full $550 though it says I will. I'm trying to connect to a rep to see what they say about it. Will this alone affect my value though the phone is in excellent condidion.
