Yea, I paid the extra money to have the phone rushed to me over night instead of the free shipping. Maybe that's why for us who paid extra are being processed faster?

Hopefully the extra $14 pays off. What will suck is if phones don't ship until the 11th is that on the 12 my parents have a dr appointment and I could get a day shift so I'd have to wait until the next day for delivery or pick it up and wasted $14 lol.

What carrier model and when did you order? I ordered on the 25th and tmobile. People who ordered the unlocked model are getting the shaft with backorders. I'm glad I got the tmobile one.

I wouldn't panic. They might process them sun or mon.

I'm concerned it comes week of launch and Irma pays a visit. Some of the forecast models have it near FL again. If so and I gotta leave the phone would be the least of my worries then.

Oh ok sorry that's what I thought i just seen several others that had ordered from Verizon tmobile etc my wife and I ordered 2 unlocked models and ordered and paid the mourning of the 24th and it's showing confirmed but no tracking yet hopefully soon

That's what happens when they package something and get it ready to ship. It means that the process has started, but it isn't in the UPS system yet. It probably won't be physically shipped until Tuesday (since it's Sunday today and a holiday tomorrow). Don't worry. It's on the way.

Your a smart person, learning from the n7 that having a back up is important. Don't think most learned that like they should have.

That's why I'm sending my GS5 and will be keeping my GS6 and GS7e. I have and GS3 and GS4 just laying around, so if Samsung screws me, no loss of the GS5, still have two newer phones than that.

I just checked and mine is still confirmed. I ordered late morning Aug 25th though and mine switched to confirmed about 12 hours after aug 24th orders so I'm assuming later today it switches to ship then? Mine is tmobile and I paid the extra $14 for overnight shipping.

I ordered mine on the morning of 8/24 and mine is still in "confirmed" status too. I truly think it's just random

Well you'll get it Tuesday with the rest of us. Verizon upgraded me to overnight no charge when they shipped it yesterday. Now the question is, Tuesday or future delivery date, I'm guessing Tuesday, other wise no reason for them to upgrade the shipping speed.
