yeah i talked to so many samsung people and finally got a samsung direct number and didt give and info besides my order number and verified my billing address anyway this was the first time someone read the info they had on screen to me and not give me a bs answer cause before i was telling them i ordered on the 24th and blah blah but not this time i made them figure it all out from my account so i got the first straight answer since talking to them the last few days if you call be sure to call this number 18557268724 cause its a different number then the 1800 samsung and they are the order people hope this makes some feel better i know i was getting pissed but im a lil better now lol my wife is like calm down dude it will be here soon lol

ok i just talked to samsung direct cause my order on the 24th has been stuck at pre order and she told me for some reason my order says its shipping on the 11th but note 7 customers are getting theres first so since im not a note 7 customer i'm waiting fulfilment for the 11th but could be packed and shipped sooner but monday forsure i was getting pissed everyone i know has tracking from samsung on the 24th and 25th but me but its worked out i guess ill wait another week at least its going to come soon! im driving myself nuts lol i need a distraction lol hope everyone loves there new phone im happy for all who got theres or is getting them soon!!

Well I am a Note 7 customer who used the Note 7 customer link and I'm still at Pre-Order with option to cancel so I think they know not what they talk about. lol

Got my origin scan now. Delivery tomorrow. At this point every carrier has gotten theirs to people The last ones starting to arrive today to att and tmobile customers. We are getting our phones at the same time as best buy folks. I mean come on. They aren't even a carrier. That's like a 4th party reseller. That's where we rank with Samsung apparently. Happy to get it before the 15th but really?!?!? Last to get them even after a 4th party. Lol

I think this makes sense. Given the fact that a lot more phones are sold through carriers and big box stores they probably have first dibs on phones leaving the factories, and one those are fulfilled they switch their focus to us little guys.

we who ordered online from BB are not getting our phones. Verizon has shipped but the other carriers haven't and appear to be holding them. needless to say we're thrilled.

Contact the depot manager, they CAN do a blanket hold for all packages to any given address.

Wrong.. Ups specifically stated, there is absolutely zero changing this delivery. That is sincerely the most ridiculous thing I've heard. To be held at the depot?

I ordered on the 1st in the morning direct from Samsung.co.uk and Monday 4th I had still not received order confirmation except the pre auth paypal thing, rang them and was told they did not accept paypal for delivery to Ireland (why the f... Is It an option on the website then)
cancelled and reordered from amazon 3rd party seller for a bit cheaper ( 940 euro...Bit ouch ..But hey) now have confirmed delivery for 15-16th instead so will enjoy the reading here until then, refuse to let it get to me lol

It varies from location to location. Some are more strict then others. It is like carriers... some stores are horrendous and won't budge whereas others may have a manager that will allow some "bending" of the rules to convenience a customer .

For the record, I'm a urology pa and I travel the world..originally from NY now in Maine. I've seen my share of crazy and ridiculous. But thanks for the insight!

I saw couple of Note 7 owners get the email with shipping label to send the trade in device yesterday. I haven't seen anything on my end. My Note 8 is already shipped and in transit. Just wanted to see if others are seeing the shipping email for their trade in device.

So just spoke with Samsung. Gave them my order number and no other info. They claimed everything was good to go on my order and I should have a tracking # from FedEx tonight with delivery Friday if I paid for overnight (which I did) or Monday if I didn’t.

Not sure how true that is. Guess I’ll just keep waiting and see.
