I used my CC. I'm not sure if they will revert it back to the credit line or the CC. But i didn't want to wait weeks for it to be resolved.

A photo will do nothing for you , unless maby you have it notorized and certified even then would not count on it when you Summit you give up your rights.
My trade should arrive there today. I hope I'm not being naive, but I don't feel like I have anything to worry about. If you send in a phone in the proper condition, and it's on that list, I don't see any reason for concern. Why would they wanna make any extra trouble for themselves from the Note 7 crowd? Now hopefully a bunch of people don't go sending in beat up, cracked screen phones, and then complain about getting rejected. I sent ain't condition IPhone 5 and don't anticipate any issue. I'll keep everyone posted. Got my Note 8 on the 7th, by the way.
I hope your trade goes thru without a hitch, maybe Samsung can at least get that right. Lol
ordered on the 26th with the SD Card and charger, the Phone and Charger is in the truck out for deliver, but the SD card is still pre-order.

It a not late until your delivery date goes past the 15th. Just because the status is still preorder doesn't mean you won't get it on the 14th or 15th. Also, this is the most preorders Samsung has ever gotten for a Note. You ordered 2 days past the start of preorders. IPhone customers have to wait all the time if they don't preorder soon enough. I think this phone is experiencing some of that this year. And just think, if you hadn't seen all of use that got ours early you wouldn't be concerned about it at all. Just trying to introduce a little rationale.
Don't see why it wouldn't. Their rules were pretty simple. Be a former Note 7 owners and send a wiped good condition phone on their list. I followed those requirements.

Exactly! and I wasn't concerned that much till yesterday. And I can guarantee you that I won't receive the phone by 15th. It hasn't been shipped yet bro. You guys don't get the point. I will quote you on 15th evening again, and see what you have to say then.
My point is that don't promise something, which you are not going to fulfill. And then doing it to people who bought the Note 7 and went through all the tortures. Tell us, all the preorders going to be delivered after a month, and I wont complain. The least they can do is atleast inform of why it is delayed and the expected date of delivery.

So I spoke to a rep and he told me my phone was shipped already and I would get it by the 14th....BUT I never got any email of any tracking nor is my order page updated...Hope he is not lying but it seems strange I dont have an email nor have they charged my card yet it shipped
