Samsung duos 2 camera shows black,after factory reset sd card wont take apps

[Android Central Question]

hey guys im new here and desperate. a few days ago the charging port was being a problem so i sent it to be repaired and it is now fine. later i realized the camera wouldnt work on my samsung d2, it would only show black screen and when tried to snap a photo, it wouldnt save anything. i looked up for help and ended up doing a factory reset. when it was finished my camera still showed the same issue (which kinda threw away my theory that the repairer had installed some app to ruin it) and on top of that now the sd card is being a pain too. the files on my sd card(pdfs, mp3s) work fine but i cant move any apps and even tho its empty of programs the same amount of memory my programs had taken before the reset, its shown that its taken now as well.

im not sure what to do, please help?

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? How to turn on safe mode on Samsung Galaxy S Duos 2 S7582. If it does, then it's most likely a hardware problem. I'd talk to the repair people and ask if this is related to their repair.
