The discussion is about Samsung's findmymobile? No issues on my At&t N20U. Everything works as is, even my SmartThings app got updated to include SmartThings Find. Looking forward to Find my Phone to include my Watches & Buds.

Did you run the Find My Mobile update in the Galaxy Store? That's when the issues become apparent.Yes. I was just stating that Find my Mobile was working properly for me.

On the Unlocked model a recent update for the FindMyMobike app was available. The app technically didn't actually exist prior to the update and was added to allow the it to find the device offline. May not be an issue for you on a carrier model.Im running version 7.2.05.44 which is the newest version available for my phone.

When I discovered the issue on 2 devices I took out my Note 10 which was working fine and there was no app installed. Once I installed the update I couldn't locate it just like the S20 and Note 20. Difference with the Note 20 is it doesn't even pull up menu options. Others have reported same issue in Samsung Members App.Can't speak for other versions of the phone, but for the At&t version, FindmyMobile is technically an app, & is updated like an app, but to access it you have go into the phone's settings under Biometrics & Security. That being said, since this newest update, SmartThings was also updated to include the new feature they talked about at UnPacked which is SmartThings Find. My SmartThings homepage was updated to reflect that, you can see that in my earlier post.

I found out why I never used to see it as an app. It used to be a system app. Rolling back the update fixed it on the S20 but still having issues on the Note 20.Dunno brother. I can view app settings and can view my phone's location just fine. It sucks that people are having issues, bc this is a vital part of the phone/OS that you want to work flawless if you ever need it.
