Samsung freebies, which did you choose and how did you submit it?

Oh thought you said Chicago awesome congrats. Know you just got it but have you tried the charger on your note8 yet? I know my flat Samsung wireless charger works great with note8. Just curious as if the note8 does well while sitting up.

Yes I did say Chicago area...lol if I say where In Indiana most ppl ask me if it's more then corn here or have I ever been to Michael Jackson house lol.
I ordered one for my wife through Verizon before I knew that it was one of the gifts, so I tried her's. I have an Defender case on mines so I have to lay it on its side and place it just right for it to charge. Her $12 Amazon case charges just fine. Go figure.

EDIT: After comparing the two, it's apparent that the one Verizon send is the older model. This one is padded and lays flat if need be. Nice so far.

EDIT 2: I can confirm that with the Otter Box Defender case has to be laying flat with the charger for it to work properly. No blinking light. Tried it on its side and it was hit or miss.....mostly miss.

This is the number one reason I try to get ppl to invest In some type of camera system. In this day and age it is a must just to be safe and secure your family/property. We have 4 cameras outside, 4 Arlo's inside and a Ring doorbell. To me the ring is the most valuable one out of the bunch. I have it to where if anything breaks the "set window", my phone and my wife's let us know. I know when the mailprrson, UPS or FedEx is still in the truck because it alerted me as they were pulling up.

I got my Gear 360 real quick but I registered a week later after getting a second N8 and it's been almost a month waiting on the SD card and wireless charger. They did say it'll be 6 to 8 weeks.

I just got my noticed that my sd card and charger was shipped. And the scheduled delivery is tomorrow. Can it actually get here in one day? Even though I'm only one state away from Indiana.

In Canada and only have the wireless charger and 128GB card offer. Mine just shipped today and coming tomorrow afternoon. My brother received his today. Oh well, at least we both got blue Note 8s. LOL

Got my tracking number today. The funny thing is it says "delivery by 8pm Oct 5th" which, of course is TODAY. But it hasn't even left the shipping facility yet, so who knows when it's actually coming. lol

Some of the early Samsung direct orders got the 256 card. Samsung cought the mistake and changed it back.

When did you purchase the phone? Got mine from att store the day it was released (not pre-order) and still waiting for shipping info. So far just have the approval and stating that it will ship in 6-8 weeks.

I've had this happen when it was supposed to be shipped out on a certain day and according to the date the label was entered into the computer, the shipping date would have been as yours says. Since it didn't ship yet, the computer assumes that the shipping is on time. It isn't, so the date will change once the package has actually shipped. It should update either late tonight or by morning.

I submitted mine on 9/13, got the approval immediately with ship date of 10/23.
