I called about two weeks ago. Very generalized answer they basically said they're getting to them and we will see an update when it's been processed

I ordered the SD card and charger the day after my Note8 arrived, Sept. 6th.
Both just arrived today... if that helps anyone with how long it takes to receive your free gifts!

I ordered our chargers & cards September 9. Received email confirmation of shipping via FedEx for my husband's a few hours ago and the FedEx 2day tracking said it'll be delivered Tuesday. Just NOW I received email confirmation that mine actually shipped yesterday & will be delivered Monday. No order to this process apparently! But I'm so happy to hear they've both shipped

Just got mine today. 128 gb card. Charger is nice and works fine with my case. My Note gets quite warm charging on it, though, which it doesn't do with just plugging in. Is that normal? I seem to remember the Note 7s I had only ever getting warm with wireless charging but I'm curious if that's usually what happens.
Got 2 Note8s, one on 9/9 and another on 9/16. Both free gifts( one of each) are scheduled to arrive today.
My 360 cam just arrived. picked up phone on launch day in store and registered same day and now just got it.
Did anyone receive a used 360 camera? I haven't opened my box yet, but on one side you can see 3 different tapes overlapping each other. Other side has 2.

Thought I would save everyone the search and post your topic here. Hope that was ok. I see what you taking about. It does look questionable. Maybe check the camera out and see the condition it is in. Was shipping box messed with? Maybe the shipper did it but that is a little sloppy.

The shipping and 360 box were fine, no damage. Even the outside shipping box tape looked original. I have a feeling it came from Samsung like that, but I could be wrong...

Maybe the person that put your order together was a sloppy taper lol. To be honest if everything else especially the camera itself and stuff that come with it look brand new and not used then I wouldn't worry about it. But I do understand that it makes you question it. I would wonder to. If it ends up really bothering you, you might be able to see if Samsung will switch it out. I know they sent me another 256gb sd card from the note7 after FedEx delivered it to the wrong address. But I don't know. It's up to you. But I think you should be good tho
