Samsung freebies, which did you choose and how did you submit it?

Call me paranoid (won't be the 1st!) but I like to buy my power supplies straight from the manufacturer. I've been burned by fakes on Amazon before. Not going to take the chance.

that's not Amazon who faked you. More the seller your purchased from, if you order from Amazon make sure its sold by Amazon or the actual manufacturer

I have purchased items where the seller claims to be the manufacturer and the item ended up being fake. Just not worth taking a chance on certain items for me. Like I said I am overly cautious about some things.

I went for the card + charger, really no use for the camera and I'd like a current fast charger since I only have some older qi chargers back from the lumia 920 days. I probably don't need the storage but will probably use it as default for pictures, videos and music.

I ordered the camera as well. We have a LG one right now and got some pretty cool pictures sitting at 14,000 feet in the mountains of Colorado. Looking forward to the Samsung one.

Edit: and it's arrived and now charging.

I also got it, it came yesterday but I am not sure I like it because I can't figure out how to use the darn thing!

You need a micro SD card inserted in the camera to take pictures

I used the 'Shop Samsung' app and chose the SD card and charger. Easy peasy. It has a step in the process to take a pic of your receipt then choose your promotion item(s) and click on submit.

Exactly what I intend on doing and the same two choices.

Same here. Tried 3 different chargers, two different pc usb ports. And nothing.

I had to use a batter back up charger that is 1amp to kick start my 360 because it wouldn't charge with regular charger once the red light went on I switched and it charged fine.

I ordered the Wireless Charger Pad and SD Card. Patience! It's gonna take a while I say to myself.

I ordered the Charger/SD card. Received the camera today.

I had received a conformation for the camera and an email shortly after to let me know Samsung realized this was a mistake, and changed it to the Charger/SD card.

I called Samsung to inform them of the mix-up and offered to send the camera back. I'm waiting to hear back from them on what they will do.

Noticed mine changed from shipping 10/2 to 6-8 weeks as well. Although I'm not really worried about it, I still don't want the camera.

My logic as well. A frivolous gift for my frivolous phone. I pre-ordered through Sam's Club and can pick it up tomorrow. The quick shipping/arrival of the free goodies is encouraging.
