Samsung Galaxy Core Prime doesn't see the 5G on the Asus dual router?

I have an Asus dual router and all equipment -- phones, tablets TV and computers see the high speed on the router. Just got a new phone and it doesn't see it -- only the 2.4 which is slow. Have reset router and cable modem ... still doesn't see it on wifi??? Help?
