Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo GT-I9060: Firmware flash post-errors

Dear Forum Members,

I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo GT-I9060. The phone previously had the following faults:

1. Unfortunately [google services, google playstore etc.,] has stopped working.
2. Slow startup or loads apps very slowly.

Then had the following firmware:
Android 4.2.2
Baseband: I9060XXVANA2
Kernel: 3.4.5-2504341

Wed Feb 5 22:07:08 KST 2014
Build number: JDQ39.I9060POANB4

To rectify the faults i flashed the phone with another firmware with the following description:
Android 4.2.2
Baseband: I9060XXUANJ3
Kernel: 3.4.5-2799650
se.infra@SWDA2607#1
Fri Nov 7 13:09:59 KST 2014
Build number: JDQ39.I9060XWVANK1

Now the phone has the following faults:
1. Frequent restarts especially when i try use the internet
2. Fails to reset the phone. If you luckily manage to reset it [Settings>Accounts>Backup and Reset even by disabling Backup my data and Automatic restore] still the same stuff appears. On android recovery trying to use Wipe data/Factory reset or Wipe cache partition has not helped me. There is the following message below the android robot: # MANUAL MODE # --Appling Multi-CSC... Applied the CSC-code : XEF Unable to open dst '/system/app/DesportoUnitel_android.apk' (No such file or directory)
Whatever apps i uninstall when i restart the phone the uninstalled apps returns as 3. if i never uninstalled them.
4. Sometimes will restarts in the middle of uninstall process.

Can members please help me on this problem. Your help is highly appreciated.
