Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Tablet - can't do hardware reset

Hi, My Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet is in stuck on Samsung Note 10.1 logo screen , i believe it is not booting up to OS. I have tried doing hardware reset (Press the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time.) quite a few times but no luck at all.

I have installed Kies software on my window machine to connect my tablet but no luck.

Is there any way to fix this issue? Can i reinstall the OS or it has to be done by samsung technical support team?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you trying to force a shutoff because you're stuck on that screen? If so, you have to press Power and Vol Down​ for about 10-15 seconds.

I was just going to post a new thread about the same issue .. I am also facing the same problem with my tablet hope someone could help
