samsung galaxy note 3 sound issue

Hello there
There is something wrong in my note 3 speakers
When i press the keypad buttons contiuously (like 10 or 11 times a row) i only got like only 5 feedback sound! Even in my candy crush everytime i play it when i switch between the candies no sound ( but the background music is working 100%) i dont know if there is something wrong with my speakers and when i press the pen button ( air command) it should have an effect sound when you press the button but sometimes i got no sound!! Please help

Does this persist after a reboot? Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition: Reset: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 | T-Mobile Support

Thanks, i rebooted my phone and everything is great.... i think it was a virus or something.. anyway

Glad to hear it's working now. I don't think it was a virus. Sometimes you just need to reboot to correct an issue that arises.

Unfortunately its back lol i dont know why, when the problem comes i reboot my phone but it comes back
I dont know what to do, i really dont want to reboot my phone everytime the problem comes

Chances are that it's due to some app you've installed. Try booting into Safe Mode (steps are at the bottom of that T-Mobile support page), which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. If the problem goes away, then something you installed is causing it. The tricky part is figuring out which app--you may have to uninstall apps one by one.
