Ordered black on 9/19. I got the shipping email around 2pm today. I billed mine to my vzw account, which showed:

Shipment Description: FEDEX 1 DAY GROUND
Shipment Date: 10/20/2014

Doesn't show up w/the tracking number yet. I'm in NJ, like someone else who said they were getting 1 Day (my order was for free 2 day shipping). I've had a reeeeally sh*tty few months, so if this shows up tomorrow it will truly make me smile

Just means yours hasn't been charged yet, my white one was JUST charged less than an hour ago and I ordered on 9/22. If you're adding it to your bill or if you're on the EDGE program, this method won't work, I don't think.

Just means yours hasn't been charged yet, my white one was JUST charged less than an hour ago and I ordered on 9/22. If you're adding it to your bill or if you're on the EDGE program, this method won't work, I don't think.

I ordered Frost White on 9/19 and my order is listed under documents. On the left hand side it should say My Profile, then Documents & Receipts. Check there!

If you can swing it financially buy the phone at full retail. Depending on your plan you still can receive a the line credit based on shared data for your owned phone. If you are going to pay off the phone early for whatever reason, you are going to still pay the same dollar amount. If you are on a Verizon plan now you should be able to do a device swap at little or no cost. Been a while so I don't know the exact details.

Quality of Prepaid service on the Verizon network should match postpaid service. The new VoLTE service will not be available. Years ago there were limits on roaming. You need to look close at the restrictions. It has been a while since I researched them for a friend and I am sure they have changed. For the better I hope.

From a strictly financial view, Prepaid is rarely a bargain unless you are a basic phone non talker type user.

It will come via email, but it will post to the site a while before the email comes through. Did you keep the email you got when you placed your order? There should be a link to your order status there. That's what I keep refreshing.

My husbands phone posted to that site an hour or so before the email came through.

I should've switched to AT&T, there's no difference regarding coverage in LA. But I got so excited that I knee-jerked and pulled the trigger during the pre-order phase. I don't understand why we (Verizon customers) had to wait - even if it is just a week longer.

FedEx obtains a signature in one of three ways:
• From any person at the delivery address.
• From a neighbor, building manager, or other person at a neighboring address.
• The recipient can sign a FedEx door tag authorizing release of the package without anyone present.

You can also sign up for delivery manager (I think that's the name of it?) for free and tell them to hold it at a FedEx store, or sign for it on there.

That's why you take the day off on "PHONE DAY" it's a holiday. Or you get an acute illness that causes you to be fine the day before, deathly ill on phone day, and miraculously cured the following day. Totally legit.

White GN4 ordered online 9/19. No charge or shipping notification. Called Customer Care and was assured I would have a tracking number tonight or tomorrow and would receive the N4 by the 23rd. Nonetheless I keep refreshing. Temporarily using my old Rezound and it is painful. Sold my N3 a month ago.
