Verizon wants someone to be available to sign for it. Does not have to be you. But you do need to leave a written authorization at your door to have the driver leave the package with your neighbor, or your apartment manager's office. My delivery was left at the leasing office of my apartment (they signed for me).

This is not always true. My co-worker had his son at home and the driver would not let him sign for it since his name was not on the package. He had to go down to FedEx to grab it after work.

Well I called Best Buy and they said that they still didn't get any shipments in and to call them tomorrow morning! I told them that's ridiculous! And that I am going to buy it from Verizon instead

This happens with any Best Buy pre-order for a popular device. I went though it when ordering the iphone 4s and 5s for my wife and would have had to wait for her iphone 6 if not going to Apple. With the additional 250 bucks in gift cards from the various promos I'm sure they received alot more pre-orders then they expected.

Can't wait to get an email. I wish there is a tracking number that u can track your pre orders. I preordered on 10/19th I hope by this week they will get some n4s.

Anybody "pre-order" from Best Buy online for ship to home yesterday for the Verizon Note 4 before it sold out? Wondering how long of a wait I'm in for. I see a pending charge on my card for the full amount, but the order is still "processing".

Is it worth to get a geek squad warranty on bestbuy ? Its friggin $200. And I didn't wanna pay monthly on those insurance. I mean if my pre order comes in before the nov 1st promotion I wouldn't mind gettin it but, I am not so hopeful as they told me I might get it mid november. Ugh

My fedex person left my package at my front door without me signing for it. I only know it was delivered because I looked online and stated left in front door.

Click it and it is just a Verizon wireless advertisement telling me to come and get my Note 4 from Verizon now!

I hate you worst buy.

It seems they do things differently depending on the location. My package by signed on by someone named M Baker (I don't even know who he/she is) at the management office of my apartment.

Have you been charged for your preorder yet at least? x.x' I haven't even gotten that and just. Ugh. So fed up with best buy... Let us know how that goes, though. I'd like to know.

My preorder is for pickup so I'll only be charged when I go to the store to pick it up. But I was charged for the $50 gift card required to secure a preorder. They better be prepared to refund that purchase if I have to go across the street and get it at the VZW store.

Still no email for my white note 4, called today again and the lady told me that they are having a shipment coming in today, but they have no idea what colors. I'm not getting my hopes up anymore, since i read that the white one was pushed back for the 31st.

let me know how that goes with the refund and such and if verizon even has any themselves. Are you getting the black or white one?
