OK, Here's how to get your tracking number. Go to this Verizon page:

Order Status | Verizon Wireless

On the right side of the page put in your order number and last name. (not the phone number on the left side)

I just did this and mine has SHIPPED and I have a tracking number.

Off to track that baby now........................

Just seems odd that not one person who ordered white has posted about receiving a shipping confirmation. Unless someone does, it looks like its 10/31 for the White

Ya I think it's starting to look like the White Note 4 changed to 10/31 for everybody which is too bad. I didn't pre-order so I'm going to try and scoop mine up on 10/24 from Amazon.

Nothing certain as of yet...still tomorrow and Wednesday. Maybe they will get their shipment of White Note 4 phones that were per-ordered then?

Anyone else order on a business account find a way to track your order after 30 days?

I have an order number and have been able to watch the status of my order up until the order got over 30 days old. I called Verizon and was told the charge went through on the account but no tracking number or email so far.

Ya I think it's starting to look like the White Note 4 changed to 10/31 for everybody which is too bad. I didn't pre-order so I'm going to try and scoop mine up on 10/24 from Amazon.

So maybe by the time Verizon got theirs, Samsung ran out of White and had to back order. Thus Verizon was forced to change it to 10/31 Maybe Samsung didn't expect demand for the White would be that high.

Naa Samsung doesn't make 1 phone for all carriers like Apple does because of carrier "enhancements" they make 4 different models for the US market. T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, and sprint each has a different model number so Verizon has a set number of phones set for them

I have a hard time understanding how only black Notes are being shipped, how can that be? If this is truly the case, major foul on someones part IMO.

I'm hoping perhaps the first "batch" at there warehouse was all black and they just took them right off the truck and started packaging. Who's to say we won't get white by tomorrow? Wishful thinking but I'm grasping at straws. I'll be watching this thread for updates!!

I have refreshed this thread like a million times hoping that someone with a White Note 4 gets it shipped. I will be so mad if they delay it until 10/31 even though I ordered on 9/19!

Did you order online or over the phone? When I ordered on 9/19, white was not even an option on vzw website.

Online. Around 6am PST. When I went on earlier in the morning (like 3am PST) only Black was an option and the rep couldn't help me. Went to bed, woke up a few hours later and then I could select the White one!
