I bought a black Note 4 on 9/19 outright. I just received my confirmation email with FedEx tracking info. However, FedEx isn't showing the number for tracking yet.

It is probably has not been scanned at FEDEX location yet. My tracking number is not showing up either. So since we are not the only ones, I don't think we should be worried.... yet! I would be worried if it does not show up by tomorrow morning.

Online. Around 6am PST. When I went on earlier in the morning (like 3am PST) only Black was an option and the rep couldn't help me. Went to bed, woke up a few hours later and then I could select the White one!

That's funny cause I preordered around the same time (8/9 EST) and I still could not see white. Not that I wanted it. I have always wanted black.

Yeah now when I called back the lady is saying it will ship on the 23rd and I should get it on the 27th. I said what was the point of pre-ordering if I'm going to get it 5 days after release I would just be better of going into a sore and buying it on the 23rd.

Some Reps just don't know anything. (They are still much better than Dish Network CSR's)

Earlier one Rep was also telling me, the phone will ship on the 23rd AFTER I had already had my order status confirmed on VZW website.

I wonder why some have overnight shipping and some of us have 2-day. I think it depends on where we are. ..... Hmm! Looks like no love for Michigan.

OOH you just made my night! I suppose they could still make us wait and ship on 10/23 since that's what I was told. What time on 9/19 did you order?
