Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Why do I get error messages on my S Health app?

I have a new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and love the app s Health. When I would like to check my ranking or leader board status it says : "Pedometer ranking is updated every 2 hours. Your ranking has not yet been updated from the server. Check again later." This has been so for the last 4 days. Where can I fix this problem?

Ever since I bought it, 2 weeks ago, keep getting the same message...
