I like the home button too.. Am I the only who thinks that maybe having 6gb of ram on a phone might be overkill? Sometimes I think it would be better if samsung had better ram management instead of just more ram each time.

I don't think they go with 6 gigs. The 5 us already beast so no need

Except I had the Note 5 in hand on August 14th last summer. Moving that up two weeks is July.
The hardware will be ready, but I doubt Google will have the software finalized and ready in which Samsung could have their version finalized and ready for a July launch.

My predicition. Note 6 comes out in July/August with M & hopefully gets the upgrade to N by years end.

I was at Best But today having my S7E unlocked. And webroot secure anywhere activated.
The samsung dude don't believe the note 6 will be out in July.
He said he heard it's gonna be the bomb, gonna knock everything out of the ball park.
Said it's supposed to be the biggest upgrade Samsung has done.
He thinks all the note owners are gonna want one. And they will go fast.
I just would like to know what they want for it.
I have a S7Edge now. Don't think if I get the note 6 is will probably not be the edge model.
I don't use the functions of the S7E now on the side of the screen.

I do not like the screen buttons , like the push button. I want a lager screen, not so hep on the 4k. I want removable storage. A removable batter would be even better, and stereo speakers!

Anyone who doesn't think that the Note 4 was the pinnacle of Samsung's smartphone line is definitely missing something. It has options that people want, not features like submerge-resistance, extra memory or a 4k screen.

Until Samsung returns to a design with a true SD card and a removable battery, everything will continue on a downhill progression.

Note 6 should be:

Somewhere around the same screen as the note 5. The note 5 screen is really a great size. It has great technical specs, and for a small device it's way ahead.

Ram, same amount or more but make it match the system. The iPhone 6 has less, older ram but gets faster benchmarks because the system is matched and runs smoother. Samsung, match the ram and processor to make the phone more efficient but do so in a way that you won't run out in the future when ram hogging apps are run together.

Add a card slot. Make it bootable.

Make it waterproof.

Add the biggest best battery you can add. 3000 or 4000 doesn't matter but make the fast charging option indestructable, not like on the note 5 which is broken.

I love my note 5. If it had a card slot I would have paid $100 more.
