Interesting to see in the S pen section, that the action memo features prominently.

Further searching on a PC and not Note 4 reveals what is already known. Action memo is gone at the moment,

Before the recall, I did see mentioned of Samsung bringing back action memo in an update.

Yes. It's coming back. Thought I heard September, but then... They sent out a beta update for it the other day, but the only person I know that got it was on a Note 5.
