Samsung Galaxy Note 9 - Enabling Work Profile

Apologies for the possible stupid, I've just switched from iPhone X to the Note 9 (which I'm supremely impressed with) I have a couple colleges that have a Pixel 2 and use the work profile which would be really useful to setup and use. We've been unable to find the option in the settings and done several Google searches to no avail the option just isn't present under "Accounts".

Any help will be greatly appreciated
