Didn't do trade in.

I added my phone to basket, then logged into upgrade lounge. Followed instructions from there where I had to grade my note 8.
Before I signed anything it gave me the total. Wording was something along lines of £30 for upgrading.View attachment 287729

Well I ordered a 128GB. I have four phones currently, Oneplus 5t, Oneplus 6, Pixel 2Xl and a Huawei P20 Pro.

For me to continue with this order I need to sell my O5t, return my O6, sell my P20 Pro and use the Pixel as a trade in.

I am still in my return period for the Oneplus 6, man I really like the O6 though.

Got an email since I had reserved for one. Thinking if I should go crazy and all in for the 512 GB unlocked or settle with 128 GB unlocked
Don't prefer sd cards so 512 GB is tempting.

I just went on the app and ordered mine! 128gb version. Even with the $400 s8 plus trade in, the 8gb model is just too much for a phone and I wouldn't even use half of the 512gb anyway.

I also ordered the rugged case too. Something to hold me off until I can get a generic Defender.

Oh and I noticed it didn't give me the option to pay $14 for overnight shipping, just free 2 day shipping. I guess the Note 8 shipping fiasco they don't want to go through the hassle of issuing all those shipping refunds.

I hope I get it by that Friday stay.

I absolutely love my Pixel 2XL.... But something about the Note 9 is reeeaaaallly calling my name.

My days of feeling like I need to mod or root my android device are becoming less and less as android matures....

Order placed!!! I decided to order directly from Samsung for the 9. I normally order through T-mobile but wanted to go "unlocked." I didnt want to be tied to any trade-in/bill credits for an extended amount of time. If so and I needed to change providers, I would lose that $$.

I'm sure most realize this but "just a heads up/reminder;" if you decide to use a trade-in to Samsung, use another device and snap photos of your device, powered up, front screen, and the back. Just a little precaution in case of any discrepancies.

yep. I did that last time and everything went smooth.

So since many of us have just ordered now we can start guessing when it ships. Is it possible that we get it by the end of next week if they decide to ship early like they did with the Note 8, or do you think this time we will have to wait until the week of the 24th?

I didn't get the email yet. Just go on the samsung shop app. It should let you order it now since you reserved it. That's what I did and it let me order it.

I received the email to order and it won't let me log in.
Called Samsung twice and was told that they were busy.
