Headphones have updated to "IN PROCESS", and the cancel button for my order is gone. The phone itself still says "PREORDER" for the status. I ordered mine on the 10th. I also ordered the leather wallet case, but several days later on the 13th. The order for the wallet case still has the cancel button, and also says "PREORDER" for the status.

Oh I wanna see how the leather case would look. I'm a fan of the LED one but the leather ones look so nice.

Ok the Samsung app it shows backorder but the website just says preorder.

I also chatted with a rep from the app and the person says I'm fine and mine should ship by the 24th. Not sure what to believe

To me it looks like rep is reading a script for responses.

was hoping to see my cancel button disappear by the time I woke up this morning. it's still there. I ordered on the 9th as well, so I'm not gonna read into this that much. I'm thinking whether or not it's changed, until anyone actually gets a tracking #, we're still all in the same boat, particularly those of us that ordered on 8/9.

Trading in a phone, and I wanted to change the phone for the trade and Samsung said the only way was to cancel the order and do a new one. Im not too worried about it, yet. Lol.

Why did you cancel? At least it looks like no storms for awhile so that won't delay us!

I ordered a 128GB Blue ATT on August 10th in the early evening. My cancel button is gone and headphones now show processing. My galaxy watch has no movement on it yet.
