I have tracking confirmed through the fedex app picked up today scheduled for wed delivery nothing has changed on the samsung app or website for me still says preorder and in process on headphones. I ordered unlocked 512 blue on 8/10

Looks like I can't reroute to my work address, so digging in to see if I can change to a lunchtime pickup close to work, as long as I can still p/u on Wednesday...

Here's my question now fedex pros the fedex tracking says indirect signature required I kno through ups I can sign for stuff through the myups app is there anything like that with fedex where I can just sign and say drop it off


And for all saying is this just headphones I don't think headphones would require a signature

I just signed up for a FedEx account hoping to get an update through them, lol. So far no luck, but I'm not sure I'll get any info since I just signed up. We usually get deliveries to my house after work hours, so I'm hoping that they stick to that usual average delivery time.

I did the same thing... we get tons of deliveries from UPS, so I already had an account with them. I signed up for a FedEx account yesterday.

Now, let’s see some movement on our orders!

Just got off the phone with FedEx. They are unable to:

• Change the delivery address without Shipper approval
• Hold package for pickup at a FedEx location, without Shipper approval
• Allow me to sign for the package online without Shipper approval

I've requested that they either deliver in a 2 hour window of time when my wife will be home or give me a one hour window when they will deliver so I can be available. Local hub is supposed to be calling me back.
