My FedEx tracking just updated to show it's been picked up! Hallelujah!

Did you order a carrier device directly from Samsung or an unlocked version. I ordered a 128 GB unlocked version on 8/9 and there is still no movement.

Ordered the Unlocked version through Samsung. Order made on August 10

Mine still shows Pre-Order but the headphones show In Process.

Same here. The only change I've seen is that my Samsung Pay now has all the points added to it from the purchase of the Note 9. I assume they cleared it for the warehouse to send.

That's wicked strange. I ordered on August 9th and still can't get any movement. BUMMER! Tried looking up Fedex tracking by reference and couldn't find anything either.

Did you try the track by reference trick?

Yes I put the order number followed by _01 and it did not return me anything. I contacted samsung and they keep asking for a reference order number that has been shipped so they can compare

Ordered unlocked 512GB. FedEx is showing delivery on 8/22. Unfortunately, Sammy isn't letting me leave it at the nearest FedEx store for pickup.

Yeah, Samsung locked down any changes to the delivery (address, hold, signature). I spoke with my local hub and they said I could leave a signed note on my door authorizing leaving the phone on my porch if no one is home and the driver will leave it at the first attempt, as opposed to him leaving a door tag that I can sign to authorize leaving on the second attempt. My neighbors are like Ray, Art, and Rumsfield in The 'Burbs, so I can rest pretty easy knowing that the full neighborhood watch is in effect.

Of course, this is not ideal, or even an option, for many people. Anyone taking off of work?

Mine says the weight is 3lbs...no way the headphones alone is 3lbs so it has to be both

Mine is 4 pounds, but I ordered a case, so that may add to the weight assuming everything is shipping together.

Which I think is a bunch of BS, they should let us change it as long they get a signature who cares as long as its signed for.. this annoys me the **** out of me with every cell phone company..

I would rather have it held at he depot go pickup after work then to go all the way home to get the door tag and wate gas going all the way back down to pickup at the depot

Yea the headphones only weight 150 grams so it should be both
