Samsung: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

Why not just go through best Buy or your carrier and quit be yanked around by Samsung? Best Buy is offering good trade in amounts for phones too I hear if you're getting the Note 9. Otherwise if you're on Tmobile get the unlocked from best Buy and trade in your phone or just go via B&H and save on no taxes. How the hell can Amazon have plentiful stock of phones along with Best Buy but Samsung, the maker doesn't have stock?

Because best buy doesn't have 512 either. And unlocked don't have all the features for att. If you have TMobile, then yeah, and I think a lot of people who have tmo did do that. Also a lot of people are doing carrier financing or Samsung financing, can't do that through Amazon or b&h.
 
I think at this point everyone still in this thread is waiting on blue 512's. 128's are plentiful, even purple 512's seem to be available.

Back when we were pre-ordering, I paid with the Discover Card through a link to Samsung through the Discover Deals website. I thought that the attempt for a % cash back wasn't successful, but, yesterday I received an email letting me know that I'll be getting $70 back from the Discover Card. :)
 
I don't know about you but the latest rumors about the Oneplus 6T are making me think about canceling this pre-order.
 
Not to mention the Pixel 3 should be announced in a couple of weeks. Could be a lot of people canceling.

Honestly, majority people buying Samsung aren't going to be affected by Pixel. Different crowd and Samsung Note 9 has a much larger carrier, retail network than Pixel worldwide. Pixel still a niche product with limited sales channels and not going to affect Samsung or Apple sales in the foreseeable future.
 
From what I see, the specs don't compare. The closest is the iPhone which has no stylus.
As frustrated as I am with this process, I'll keep waiting as well
 
Holy ****, I just got ship confirm boys and girls. The 30 day wait is over. Ordered Aug 14, expected delivery is Monday. Wow. Anyone else getting their ship confirm finally???
