Samsung Galaxy S3 Android System!!!

I've posted in the past about battery draining (lasting 4-6 hrs). I read all the replies and eventually factory reset my GS3. Android System was around 5% which I believe is the normal range for few months. Now, my Android System is up to 35% and have no clue how to bring it back down.

PLEASE HELP!!

Note: my GPS, Bluetooth, etc. are all off.
