Samsung Galaxy s3- Battery Problem

I have been using galaxy s3 since January 2013.
Now I am facing problem of battery draining quiet rapidly.
after fully charged, sometimes it last for 2 hours, drain battery fully, and then gradually increases battery life.
sometime mobile gets switched off while charging.
I show battery meter and shows wifi is on however its not.

I changed battery.
I reset factory setting,
I use mobile in safemode, but not thing worked.

Welcome to Android Central! You changed the battery to a brand new one? Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).
