samsung galaxy s3 green flickering but its fine when i open the camara

the other night i was texting and the screen was fine then it went a little brighter than normal. now it has a constant green flicker and half of the screen stops moving. ive looked it up and done a factory reset and its still doing it but i dont think its hardware related because if i open up the camara it goews away comepletetly every line the flickers is gone even when i go into the menu as soon as i go off it its straight back to green and flickering lines. so confused haha thanks
