Samsung galaxy s3 -- sprint

I am unable to use mms. Any suggestions that I as a non technology guy could do to fix this?

Welcome to Android Central! MMS requires mobile data (3G/4G) to be on--it can't be sent over wi-fi or voice signal. If both wi-fi and mobile data are on, try turning wi-fi off. Contact Sprint if you continue to have issues with MMS, or if you're having general troubles with your mobile data connection.
