Samsung Galaxy S3 won't turn on using power button and won't charge

whenever you remove the battery and replace it back on and the "android" logo appears and the black screen is an indication of the stuck power button. You should replace the power button then the two second logo no longer appears. There are plenty of youtube video showing how to replace the power button that will help you. I just replaced mine yesterday and it works perfectly no more two second android logo. When replacing the power button, you end up with too much solder on the contacts and this could short out three contacts, then using the copper braids (as shown on the video), soak up the shorting solder and this should do the trick of un-shorting the three contacts.
