Whenever my battery is fully charged, i have to unplug it. And when i unplug it, there seems to be a problem with the battery. When the battery is fully charged, it is at 100%. However, at around 90%, my phone will shut down on its own and when i try to turn it on, i can't. I can only turn it on when i connect it to the charger and turn on the switch. And when the phone is turned on, the battery percentage is 0%. This has been going on for quite some time. What is actually happening? Can someone please tell me. Thank you.

Sounds like a bad battery. You can get it replaced at a carrier store. Shouldn't charge you for it...
