Samsung Galaxy S4 cannot connect to PC via USB only shows USB not recognized!

Samsung Galaxy S4 cannot connect to PC via USB only shows USB not recognized!
Also My when connecting my OTG pendrive it only shows USB connector connected and nothing comes up
It used to work about a month ago.
Last time it happened I tried it happened I Reset the device and it worked only after a day of use!

Happened exactly after one year, i think caused by the kitkat update
