Samsung Galaxy S4 I9500 - Wifi wont turn on

After updating to kitkat the Wifi isn't turning on. How can i roll back to jellybean?

No help for me :| btw i installed cm 11 and the wifi is working now only issue being cm has no stable or milestone builds for I9500
