Samsung Galaxy s4 invalid imei

I have buy a galaxy s4 made in vietnam by SAMGSMG (Samsung)?
MODEL - GT-I9500
Baseband version MT6589

When Insert the Sim card it is showing Network but can't make call
The message is invalid IMEI

when I try to root press the keys VOL UP + HOME + POW then display is like Chinese language.

Please help me

check whether both the IMEI are same, the one on phone (*#06) and on one back of battery.
update your phone with kies
1, remove battery from the phone and DO NOT PUT BACK IN for the remainder of these instructions
2, underneath the battery on the phone is the imei# and serial#
3, you need the serial# and leave the battery out for this task
4, now start Kies that is on your P.C and make sure you have a internet connection
5, from the menu bar go to Tools and select firmware upgrade and initialization
6, enter the model GT-I9300 (make sure its CAPITALS GT-I)
7, enter serial# (CAPITALS again)
8, press OK to initalize (dont worry you should not have a battery in )
9, this will now give you the string = Initialised version PDA:*** / PHONE:*** / CSC:*** (***) this is what we want to see
then press start update

Repartition with a pit file + stock firmware you are currently using.that is you need to reflash the firmware

reflash your current firmware with odin
do not downgrade

No need to bootup
Switch off your phone
press and keep holding the following combination of buttons: Volume Down, Home and Power buttons simultaneous.
Now, when the ?Warning!!? message will be displayed release the buttons.
After you released the buttons, press Volume UP button, for confirming that you want to enter into Download Mode Menu.
Your Samsung Galaxy S4 device will display an Android logo colored in green, and an additional text message with the ?Downloading? Do not turn off target? text message under the green Android logo.
These are the steps, you?re entering in the Download Mode Menu, and now you can connect your S4 device to the computer after the ODIN app is OPEN.

this might be a problem you need to download the correct firmware from sammobile.com and then flash it with odin. you need to find the english language firmware. it can be found in sammobile.com

It can be a fake Chinese s4
