Samsung galaxy s4 keeps restarting and shows computing on app storage?!

Okay ive had my s4 for almost a year now love the phone but these past 2 months it has been very buggy. So the problem is whenever i try too clean my phone using clean master it dousnt clean cache and after a couple minutes my phone restarts by itself and whenever i try too uninstall an app in settings it shows uninstalling forever and eventually my phone restarts it also restarts when trying to move an app to the sd card also whenever i look at my phones storage in settings all it shows is computing.. forever. Yea so alot of problems can anyone help me ASAP. Thanks!

Sounds like something got crosslinked. I'd back everything up (if I were you - if I were me I'd already have everything backed up), do a factory reset, then put everything back. If that doesn't fix it, your filesystem may have gotten totally blown, and reflashing the ROM - including the PIT file - would fix that.
