AC Question

I've tried everything! (Or at least what's listed below)
Swapped out SIM card: card works fine in another phone, but another SIM card does same thing in mine.
Had microphone and speaker checked: works fine.
Factory reset TWICE!
Disabled OK Google
Changed APN settings in phone
**Works with Bluetooth headset
**Can hear music through headphone port
**Can make voice recordings

This is the only problem I have with this phone! I can text and receive texts, I've made Facebook Messenger calls and they work, etc.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say the speaker was checked, do you mean the main speaker (i.e., the one on the back of the phone), or the earpiece speaker? If you can't confirm that sounds can be played over the earpiece speaker by any other app, then I'd suspect that speaker is faulty and needs to be replaced.

I confirmed this by making a call using Facebook Messenger. The caller could hear me and I could hear them just fine.

Ok, and just to be sure--the call sound was coming through the earpiece speaker, and not the main speaker? Test it again, and this time use your finger to block the main speaker.
