Samsung Galaxy S5 bluetooth drains battery

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and for some reason the bluetooth is draining my battery, It's on but not connected to any device.
When I see on settings--> Battery-->Battery Usage it says: Use since last full charge 32m 38s on battery, and the first application is Bluetooth, when you see the details is says time on: 1d 22h 36m 46s, cpu total 9s, stay awake 11s, computed power usage 50mAh. After a few secons it says says time on: 1d 23h 14m 55s, cpu total 9s, stay awake 11s, computed power usage 51mAh. After 2 minutes: Use since last full charge 35m 0s on battery, and the first application is still Bluetooth, when you see the details is says time on: 2d 1h 47m 36s, cpu total 10s, stay awake 11s, computed power usage 54mAh.
I rebooted the phone and fully charged before taking this measures. I cleaned the partition cache too.

My phone has 6.01 android,

Welcome to Android Central. If you leave BT on all the time of course it's going to use battery, as its looking for something to pair to. If you aren't using it, turn it off. And 50mah isn't anything.

Thanks for the advice. It never happened before, and right now my phone shows Use since last full charge 3h 21m 55s, the bluetooth still high time on: 8d 2h 1m 34s, cpu total 53s, stay awake 1m45ss, computed power usage 203mAh.
The other thing that I dont understand is that the "time on" changes really fast, maybe in 3 hours changed from 2d 1h 47m 36s to 8d 2h 1m 34s. What does this mean?

Old thread, but worth a shot. I still have my Galaxy 5...new battery, runs fine. Except recently, the Bluetooth is draining the battery. I only use it maybe an hour a day, and have it off otherwise. but in the app manager, it shows that over 7MB of memory was used in the last 3 hours, during which Bluetooth was not even turned on. It is at the top of my battery usage list at 11%. Is there something else other than turning the Bluetooth OFF that I should be doing? As I said, this is a recent occurrence.
