Samsung Galaxy s5 with 5.3 inch screen beats both new iPhone models

The Samsung Galaxy s5 has a 5.3 inch screen and fits perfectly into my pants and jacket pockets.

The new iPhone 6 is a small 4.7 inches and the new iPhone 6 Plus is 5.5 inches. Folks are complaining the latter won't fit in most pockets.

It looks like Samsung won this year's competition with Apple.

The S5 screen is actually 5.1 inches. I played with the iPhone 6 (the 4.7" version) a couple days ago. It actually looks like a really nice device to me. Don't get me wrong though, I still love my S5. I think it's a pretty great phone. I just like how competition is forcing all companies to better their respective products.

I don't think Samsung has "won" anything though, especially when you consider Apple sold over 10 million units in the first weekend.
