Mention of Lollipop OS makes sense as well as design ques from the G5A and GN4 with a metal frame but still probably the same textured plastic backing. Screen size should be less than 5.5" as there is no need to compete with the i6 Plus.

Retinal scanner seems a bit far fetched. 20+MP RFC, Snapdragon 810 processor, and Lollipop 5.0 are most likely. Given poor Q3 earnings due to poor smartphone sales, we might see a late March or early April 2015 release. We will know for sure in February 2015 at the MWC.

Since now the screen standard is 1440, then 1440 screen, snapdragon 810 processor, 4gb ram aluminum body, 32/64/128 option, 5.5" screen, no ugly home button, minimal bezel, 4000mah battery and USB3

But I would that all that and 1080p display. Also don't care too much for 64-bit bit looks like all high end processors are going towards 64-bit

Need to keep the screen size under 5.5 and closer to 5.2. Otherwise, you have a Note or a Note mini.
