Samsung Galaxy some camera modes broken and no record button in pro mode

So i wanted to record some fast-moving action so I went into galaxy store and installed sport mode then went into the camera settings to enable it but I couldn't find it !!! I googled it and saw a lot of people running Android Pie having the same issue I saw that you could use pro mode as an alternative to sports mode BUT NOPE in android pie you can no longer record in pro mode what am I supposed to do I just want to record fast-moving actions without all that blur!
TLDR: Want to capture fast-moving action installed sports mode but doesn't show up in the camera

Samsung Galaxy s8 64gb
Android Pie

Try Manual Camera : DSLR Camera Professional (Procam). It gives you more control over the camera.
