Samsung Galaxy Tab e that gets stuck in the Wi-Fi turning on...

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab e that gets stuck in the Wi-Fi turning on... I've tried setting back the time, I've done a factory reset, none of which have worked. Please help!

I tried safe mode first. Didn't work. Tried changing clock back, didn't work. Latest attempt was the factory reset...once in the set up mode after restarting, it once again, got stuck in the "turning on..." mode

Any further ideas?
This is my son's tablet and would love to get it fixed without having to take it in.

That's too bad -- it might be a hardware issue. I think you'll have to bring it to a repair shop (or, if it's still under warranty, contact Samsung).
