Samsung GALAXY Tab!!!!!

If I could legitimately come up with any reason to own a Tablet, this would definitely be the one I would want to get.

I'm a little confused. The Sprint site says their Tab as 2GB memory + SD card, but the Samsung site says they come with 16 or 32GB + SD card support.

heh guys just wanna share some pics on the free usb dock and car cradle for pre-orders of the tab

I bought the Samsung galaxy tab with call feature in Dubai. There is no Android market application. It has slideme.org market and the choice of applications is limited. There is no way to download the android market application. This is not good for Samsung. iPad will continue to hold the major market share.

Can it run business applications such as PowerPoint (or compatible) and control a projector. I know the iPad can do this and it would be a deal killer for me if the Tab cannot be used this way.

The Galaxy Tab does have the Android market. I wonder why yourz doesn't? Could it be a bootleg?

In the international version of the Galaxy Tab there is a built in app that can edit, play and compose, Office documents on the device itself.

I got my new Galaxy Tab yesterday from Sprint and I love it. I thought it would just be a toy to play with but I see alot of potential. It is small and lightweight and I can see carrying this when I go on a trip instead of lugging my laptop. Love the screen and actually got my wife who hates gadgets playing Angry Birds last nite and she is hooked. That is a good thing because now I get to play my COD Black Ops while she is hooked on Angry Birds, LOL. It isn't as big as the ipad but that is a plus as far as I am concerned. It is fast and well laid out. The only problem I have seen is getting used to the differences between the EVO and the Tab.

Slide Show to projector from Tab

Yes I know that, I am running a couple of Apps on my Epic that will nicely edit PowerPoint and play slide shows.

However, as far as I know there is no way to connect my Epic or a Tab to a TV or Projector. The Apple iPad has a cable with a VGA connector for this purpose. Will the Tab (an perhaps other products such as the Epic) have similar capability, perhaps via the docking station?
