samsung galay note 2 stuck in odin mode

I have a gn2 which tried installing twerp recovery. The phone then restarted and the samsung logo kept coming up along the model. this would come up for a few seconds then disappear then reappear again. now Ive gone into recovery mode and its is suck on odin mode. I can get out of this but the same problem happens as the phone does not fully boot up as the samung logo keeps coming on and of. PLEASE HELP
