Samsung gear s2 classic wont start

[AC Question]

When I put it on the charging dock it shows full battery and when I try turning it on it goes straight to the rebooting screen no attempt to come on I tried factory reset and it just flashes Samsung's gear S2 and vibrates it keeps doing it over and over no matter what try it always ends up flashing and vibrating like that
