Samsung Gear S3 - Picture I added for screen background won't crop

On my Gear S3 i added a few pictures so that they become the watch face, using the watch face picture app, and they cropped automatically to fit the screen. When I added a company logo through the same app, it would NOT CROP!

Can anyone tell my why? Or more important how to fix it, so it does crop!
