Samsung is too slow this year

Why is Samsung releasing this phone after more than a month? I see a bit of complacency here because S III was announced on the 3rd of May and released on the 29th. All this means we can only expect this phone in South Africa around June in our careers since the majority cannot afford to buy it from expansys.

We did not get the S3 until June 21 on ATT here in the USA...

I believe Samsung unveiled the S3 about this time last year. Most of the time when a new device is revealed, it is a working model, but not one that is satisfactory for production. They also neetime to produce enough units to ship to be sold. Also, they are most likely working out a few last minute bugs found with hardware/software issues. Then (at least in the US) the carriers get involved, adding their (mainly) useless bloatware.

Hopefully by mid-May the GS4 will be released by AT&T making pre - orders in mid-April.
