Samsung J5 and knox problem

[AC Question]

I installed knox from my J5. Since then it bleeped every 2 minuets !!! I tried to remove knox but it wont let you. The guys at EE were stumped too. In the end we had to reset the phone to factory setting !!! Im still putting my old apps etc back on the phone. DONT INSTALL KNOX. IOT WILL CORRUPT YOUR PHONE.
