Samsung J7 - Wifi "Internet Not available"

[Android Central Question]

All fine until I changed my hathway connection to static ip. My other WIFI devices working fine that includes Ipad, Samsung A7, Windows 7 PC.

but this Samsung J7 (SM-G610F Android version 8.1.0) giving me headache connecting.
Status changes from 'connected' to 'internet not available' or sometimes reconnecting infinitely. Phone connects to other wifi networks without issues.

What all I tried!
Disconnected other devices and checked - no fix.
Restarted router and checked- no fix
Forget networks. Restart phone - no fix
Tried "Reset all network" - no fix
Given static ip and checked - no fix
Tried "Wipe the System Cache" - no fix

Any other thoughts?

Welcome to Android Central! Why did you change it to Static IP? Change it back to Dynamic.

Hi diddy! Bought static ip for some official purpose and they configured at their end. using Hathway. All other android devices working fine except this one.

Also, are there any Samsung or 3rd party apps that are trying to "optimize" wi-fi connections?

Try safe mode also.

Finaly factory reset helped me. too much of work.
