AT&T Note 4.

Google play on phone shows an update for Samsung Music. When I try to download it I get an error message "can't download."
Anybody else?

Also, went through all apps on phone, (running, sd card, etc.) can't find the app to delete. What's up with that?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions on a fix.
 
I did not encounter such problem during updating the app, but you can try the following:

Go to the settings (App info) section of Samsung Music app. Then go to 'Storage'. Now click on 'Clear Cache' & 'Clear Data'.
Then try updating the app & now it should get updated easily.

Also make sure that around 1 GB space is available in the internal memory.
If still not working, then reboot the device or perform a 'Wipe Cache Partition' from Recovery menu.
